1. Services

TheHour.net provides virtual assistant services as agreed in writing with each client. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in service agreements or confirmed proposals.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely communication, and secure access to necessary tools or systems required to deliver services.

3. Payments

Fees are due according to the selected plan or agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information. Where required, we will execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) or Business Associate Agreements (BAAs).

5. HIPAA & Healthcare Clients

For healthcare clients, services involving PHI will be governed by a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Clients remain responsible for compliance with all healthcare regulations applicable to their operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheHour.net shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as defined in the agreement. Outstanding balances remain payable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
